We depart from Virpazar and cruise through charming narrow channels full of water lilies to reach the beautiful Kom Monastery. Reeds, water lilies, water chestnuts are just some of the sights you'll see on the way to Kom Monastery.
After disembarking from the boat, we take a 15-minute walk to the monastery. Along the way, we reach a terrace from which you can capture fantastic photographs and enjoy panoramic views of Lake Skadar. The Kom Monastery, dating back to the period from 1415 to 1427, is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and holds great historical significance as the place where Petar II Petrović Njegoš was declared archimandrite in 1831.
On the monastery terrace, surrounded by untouched nature and the silence of the lake, we have the opportunity to admire the beautiful panoramic views of Lake Skadar.
